AB- blood donor can give red blood cells to: AB+ and AB- patients.

AB- blood receiver can receive red blood cells from: AB-, A-, B-, and O- donors.

Plasma / Platelet Rule: AB- donors can give plasma to all blood types (Universal Plasma Donor), and can receive plasma from AB types.

Donor Insight: AB- is the rarest standard blood group. Donors are highly valued for both specialized red cell needs and universal plasma therapy.
