Biological Markers: Has Rh antigen only (No A or B antigens); contains Anti-A and Anti-B antibodies in plasma.

O+ blood donor can give red blood cells to: O+, A+, B+, and AB+ patients (All Positive types).

O+ blood receiver can receive red blood cells from: O+ and O- donors.

Plasma / Platelet Rule: O+ donors can give plasma to O types only, but can receive plasma from all blood types (Universal Plasma Recipient).

Donor Insight: O+ is the single most frequently transfused red blood cell type in trauma care and scheduled surgeries.
